How VibeShip generates, validates, scrubs, and publishes Core and Pro customer repositories.

Core and Pro both include Polar-first billing plus Stripe fallback support.

pnpm release:dry-run generates both outputs, scrubs internal-only markers, installs dependencies, and runs each output's checks.

Generated repos receive customer-safe docs, AGENTS.md, agent preflight, MCP scripts, and CI.

Release tags are immutable. Bump package.json or set VIBESHIP_RELEASE_VERSION before pushing a new version.

Customer access is delivered through Polar GitHub repository benefits and private generated repos.
