Getting Started
Set up VibeShip safely, validate the repo, and know when a release is ready.

Install with pnpm, copy .env.example to .env.local, and run pnpm dev.

Leave SPACETIME_HOST and SPACETIME_MODULE blank for memory fallback until generated bindings are wired.

Configure Clerk first, then Polar, then Resend, admin access, Stripe fallback, and SpacetimeDB as needed.

Run pnpm agent:preflight and pnpm check before broad handoff.

Run pnpm release:dry-run before publishing customer distributions.
